FuelTech FT500 SFI

Fully Programmable Standalone ECU

The FuelTech FT500 SFI is a fully programmable standalone ECU that gives you complete control over fuel and ignition tables in real time. Tune your engine directly through the built-in 4.3" colour touchscreen or via FTManager software with high-speed USB communication on both models.

Main fuel and timing tables can be configured in basic 2D or advanced 3D mode with configurable break points. Compatible with any Otto-cycle engine using indirect injection - 2 or 4 stroke, up to 12 cylinders or 4 rotors - running gasoline, ethanol, methanol, CNG, nitromethane, and other compatible fuels.

Electronic throttle control is fully integrated and configured directly from the display - no additional computer or module required. Safety alerts can be programmed for dangerous conditions like over-rev, low oil pressure, and high coolant temperature, with the option to limit RPM or shut off the engine automatically.

Five fully independent maps allow different settings for multiple engine or vehicle configurations. Ignition control supports distributor or crank trigger with single, double, or COP coils in wasted spark or sequential mode. Fuel injectors operate in sequential, semi-sequential, or multipoint mode with individual cylinder trim and adjustable injection phase angle. The Favourites menu provides quick access to key tuning parameters, and the fully configurable dashboard lets you customise display size, reading types, and gauge ranges.
