At CJ's Custom Cars, we aim to provide clear and accurate delivery expectations before you place an order.

Order processing and dispatch times

Most orders are dispatched within 3 business days from the date of purchase.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Western Australia.

Where possible, we will dispatch orders sooner than the advertised handling time. If there is a delay outside the usual timeframe, we will contact you with an update.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is usually expected within:

  • 2–7 business days for most Australian metro and regional areas

  • Longer for remote areas, carrier delays, public holidays, or peak delivery periods

Delivery estimates shown on our website are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s network.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

We may offer fixed-rate shipping on eligible orders. Larger, heavier, or unusual items may have different shipping charges where applicable.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email or SMS where available.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take some time to appear after your parcel has been lodged.

Multiple item orders

Where an order contains multiple items, we will usually dispatch the order together once all items are ready.

In some cases, we may choose to split an order into multiple shipments at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, delivery may be delayed or the parcel may be returned to us. Additional postage charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your order appears to be delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist with the carrier investigation.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
